 We are proud to offer you some of the best housing from Ojai to Isla Vista. Our office is located in the heart of Isla Vista where many of our properties are located. We have over 243 units which include oceanfront custom homes. Our properties offer both new construction as well as buildings that have been remodeled. The remodeling includes beautiful modern kitchens with granite countertops, maple cabinets, dishwashers and other new appliances. Many of our remodeled buildings have new windows that are attractive and more energy efficient. Whenever possible we put beautiful ceramic floor tile in our properties that is both durable and attractive. Our intention is to help you get back your security deposit while also providing great housing.
We have received two Santa Barbara Beautiful Awards and one Carpinteria Beautiful Award for our properties.
