We are available by phone Monday through Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at
(805) 562-8766. After hours you can leave a message on that same number and we will return your call on the next business day.
Our fax line is available at all times however keep in mind that we can only review faxes sent during normal business hours and if it is faxed after that time it will be reviewed the next business day. Our fax number is 562-8747.
Emergency requests should be called in to the office at (805) 562-8766 during office hours Monday through Friday 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm.
You can page us after normal business hours at (805) 882-5303. This is just for maintenance emergencies.
For all non-emergency maintenance requests, please fill out the Maintenance Request Form and submit it to our office. |
